"Licenses: Other Regulations. The Applicant shall demonstrate that the required permits and licenses from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, and other agencies have been obtained. The Applicant shall also document compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations by providing to the Borough copies of all required documents, studies, and responses (e.g., National Environmental Policy Act, Pennsylvania Natural Diversity Inventory submission, Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission compliance, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the PA Game Commission)."
