"Liability Insurance. The Applicant for a Major Energy System shall submit a Certificate of Insurance evidencing general liability coverage in the minimum amount of one million ($1,000,000.00) dollars per occurrence and property damage coverage in the minimum amount of one million ($1,000,000.00) dollars per occurrence covering the Solar Energy System. The Applicant shall provide the Borough with proof of annual renewal prior to expiration."
