"SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS and related equipment shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer specifications and all applicable standards to include structural design verification and construction inspection requirements of the Whitehall Borough Code as adopted at Chapter 78 of the BOROUGH Code. "
