"Woodland areas: If the removal of trees is necessary in order to create a PSES, such removal shall be as limited as possible. Every mature tree removed shall be replaced by the Applicant at a location approved by the municipality at a ratio of two (2) new trees for every one (1) mature tree removed. The new trees shall be a similar species to the trees that have been removed."
