"A free-standing Accessory Solar Energy System shall be deemed to be an accessory structure permitted as a special exception use in all zoning districts, thereby requiring approval from the Zoning Hearing Board a under Section 1410.2 and subject to the supplemental standards as set forth in Section 801.51 of this Ordinance. A roof mounted Accessory Solar Energy System shall be permitted by right in all zoning districts, subject to not exceeding the maximum height requirement for the District in which it is located."
