"(a) PSES Project Abandonment. 1) The PSES operator shall notify the Township immediately upon cessation or abandonment of PSES project; or 2) The PSES project shall be presumed discontinued or abandoned if no electricity is generated by such system 12 continuous months. (b) Removal. 1) The PSES shall be decommissioned and removed in compliance within this Subsection 56 within six months after the date project abandonment occurs. 2) Also within six months after the date of project abandonment, the project parcel(s) shall be restored to an environmentally stable condition as close to preconstruction condition as reasonably practical. 3) If the property owner/project owner fails to remove the PSES in accordance with the requirements of this section, the Township shall have the authority to enter the project(s) and physically remove the PSES, at the expense of the property owner."
