"(11) Silviculture study. A silviculture study shall be performed by a professional silviculturist to document the original condition, quality, and density of forest and woodland, including related elements such as wildlife habitat, timber, and water resources, which study shall be provided to the Township as part of the application for a conditional use. (12) Tree and landscaping removal. No trees or other landscaping otherwise required by the municipal ordinances or attached as a condition of approval of any plan, application, or permit may be removed for the installation or operation of a PSES."
