"Ground mounted PSES shall be screened from non-participating adjoining residential uses unless landowner waives such requirement. Also highly trafficked sections of road, shall be screened as determined by the Township. The location and specifications for required screening shall be indicated on the land development plan." "1. All ground-mounted PSES shall be completely enclosed by a minimum eight (8) foot high fence with a self-locking gate."
