"Solar Energy Systems shall be allowed as an accessory use in all zoning districts and may be installed upon receipt of the necessary zoning, construction, electrical and/or mechanical permit(s). These regulations apply to Solar Energy Systems to be installed and constructed for residential or commercial use. ..."
