"A. Solar Energy – Non-Commercial Solar energy electrical generation systems shall be permitted in all zones as an accessory use subject to the provisions of Section 1419.A, herein." "B. All solar panels and solar energy collectors shall be accessory to the principal use of the lot and shall be located on the same lot as the principal use which they serve." "H. There shall be no commercial use of solar panels or solar energy collectors. Energy generated in excess of the requirements of the principal use of the property may be purchased or acquired by a public utility in accordance with the law or other government regulations."
