"Large solar energy facilities mounted on any building shall be subject to the maximum height regulations specified within each of the underlying zoning district. The owner shall provide evidence in the form of stamped plans certified by a licensed professional engineer registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania that the roof is structurally sound."
