"(g) Ground mounted solar energy systems and associated mechanical equipment shall meet the setback requirements for an accessory structure." "(j) Solar panels shall not be placed in the vicinity of any airport in a manner that would interfere with airport flight patterns. The applicant shall provide acknowledgement from the Federal Aviation Administration that no such interference will occur."
