"1. ...solar energy equipment shall be permitted as an accessory structure in all zones and districts, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of Subsections 2. and 3, respectively, of this section below." "3. Solar Energy Equipment. Any solar energy equipment authorized by this chapter shall be considered accessory structures and the generation of energy or heat as an accessory use to the principal use in any zoning district and shall submit to and comply with the following:"
