"The area of any Ground-Mounted Commercial Solar Energy System shall be considered impervious material and calculated as part of the lot coverage as established by the underlying Zoning District and as regulated by the Oley Township/Schuylkill River Stormwater Management Ordinance. The area of lot coverage attributable to a Commercial Solar Energy System shall be measured as the entire area of the system (e.g., width X length) in a horizontal plane projected vertically upon the ground. Such coverage may be less than the actual surface area of the system due to slanted or angled installation."
