"The design, installation, operation and maintenance of Commercial Solar Energy Systems shall conform to all applicable Federal, State and Township construction, electrical and safety industry standards, including, but not limited to, the International Fire Code, the National Electrical Code, the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code, Act 45 of 1999, as amended, and its accompanying regulations, and the Public Utility Commission’s interconnection rules and regulations."
