"All PSES shall comply with the illumination provisions located at § 195-37 of the Township's Zoning Ordinance.
[1] Solar arrays shall be located to minimize glare on adjacent properties or streets.
[2] The Township may require a glare study to be completed and submitted with the final land development plan and then again six months after operation of the PSES.
[3] The Township may require reasonable corrective actions after installation of the PSES to eliminate glare to adjacent residences or streets which causes a risk to public health or safety."
