"A. Building-mounted and ground-mounted systems are permitted in all zoning districts as an accessory use to any lawfully permitted principal use or accessory use on the same lot or parcel upon issuance of the proper permit pursuant to and upon compliance with all requirements of this Article and as elsewhere specified in this Ordinance. B. Building-integrated systems, as defined by this Ordinance, are not considered an accessory use and are not subject to the requirements of this Ordinance."
