Ground-mounted PSES: "Access. (a) At a minimum, a 25 feet wide access road must be provided from a state or township roadway into the site. (b) At a minimum, a 20 feet wide cartway shall be provided between the solar arrays to allow access for maintenance vehicles and emergency management vehicles including fire apparatus and emergency vehicles. Cartway width is the distance between the bottom edge of a solar panel to the top edge of the solar panel directly across from it. (c) Access to the PSES shall comply with the access requirements in Chapter 450, Subdivision and Land Development, of the Code of the Borough of Mount Holly Springs."
