"A minimum net buildable site area of two (2) acres shall be required. If the solar energy facility is proposed on a parcel that contains an existing use then the minimum net buildable area shall be two (2) acres plus the minimum net buildable site area of the existing use, as provided for under Schedule II and/or the applicable section of Article VII of this Ordinance."
