"CONDITIONAL USES The County Commissioners may grant Conditional Use approvals. Such approvals may however only be granied for those uses specifically set forth in Article 3 of this Ordinance, the District Regulations, and shall be subject to the express standards and criteria outlined in Article 4, the Supplementary Use Regulations. In addition, in making Conditional Use determinations, the Commissioners may attach such reasonable conditions and safeguards as they deem appropriate to protect the public welfare and implement the purposes of this Ordinance."
