"(1) A [Ground-Mounted] Solar Energy System must comply with all height requirements for the zoning district where the Solar Energy System is to be installed."
"(2) The height of roof-mounted systems on the principal Buildings or accessory Buildings shall not extend more than three feet above the finished roof to which it is mounted but at no time shall any panel exceed the maximum height permitted in the underlying zoning district nor shall any part of the system extend beyond the edge of the roof."
