"Access a. At a minimum, a twenty-five (25) foor wide access road must be provided from a state or Township roadway into the site and a cul de sac built on site sufficient in size to permit large and emergency vehicles to turn around and exit the same. To the extent that the Somerset county Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance provides dimensions or size of turning radius for a cul de sac in any land development, such dimensions or size as used therein shall control here. b. Access to the PSES shall comply with the municipal access requirements in the County and/or Township Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance."
