"D. The layout, design, and installation of large solar energy production facilities shall conform to applicable industry standards, including those of the ANSI, Underwriters' Laboratories, the American Standards Technical Manual, or other similar certifying organizations, and shall comply with the UCC,[1] Act 45 of 1999, as amended,[2] and with all other applicable fire and life safety requirements. The manufacturer specifications shall be submitted as part of the application.

"H. The owner shall provide evidence in the form of stamped plans certified by a professional engineer that the roof is structurally sound."
