"1. Solar energy facilities shall be installed in compliance with all applicable building and construction codes, including regulations with respect to floodplain management and stormwater management.
(2) The design and installation of solar energy facilities shall conform to applicable industry standards, including those of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Underwriters' Laboratories (UL), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), and other similar certifying organizations, and shall comply with applicable construction and building codes with all other applicable fire and life safety requirements."
