"Mechanical equipment shall be screened for any adjacent property. The screen shall consist of shrubbery, trees, or other plant materials which provides a visual screen. Minimum screen height will be the same height as mechanical equipment but no less than 6 feet high. In lieu of a planting screen a decorative screening fence may be used."
