"Landscape screening shall include a minimum of two rows of native, green evergreen trees at least eight feet in height at the time of planting, planted 15 feet on center and staggered, and shall be installed as follows: (a) Within the (I) Industrial Zone, along all property lines of the lot upon which the PSES is situated that abut or are across from an existing residential use; or (b) Within the (GC) General Commercial Zone, along all property lines of the lot upon which the PSES is situated."
