"(5) All PSES features and system components that are impervious, including but not limited to panels and their actual surface area, buildings, roads, etc., shall be considered in the lot coverage determination." "(9) As referenced in Subsection C(5) herein, the actual surface area of all panels shall be considered impervious and require stormwater management design complying with the Manor Township Stormwater Management Ordinance."
