"The applicant shall maintain the solar energy system in a safe condition and good repair at all times. Whenever a solar energy system becomes structurally unsafe or endangers the safety of the structure or premises, or endangers the public safety, the Zoning Officer shall give written notice to the owner of the premises on which the solar energy system is located that such solar energy system shall be made safe or removed. ..."
