“G. Solar energy panels shall not exceed a maximum height of 15 feet, measured from ground level to the tallest point on the facility.
H. All solar energy facilities and any associated accessory equipment shall comply with all area, dimensional and yard setbacks for the zoning district in which the facility is located, as well as any other zoning provisions that apply, including buffering and landscaping, except as provided in this section, if more restrictive."
