“[A solar energy system as a principal use shall be subject to the following standards and regulations, and as otherwise provided herein:] (a) The maximum area occupied by a principal solar energy system on any lot shall be 10 acres; (b) Notwithstanding lot coverage limitations set forth in the base zoning district(s), the maximum impervious coverage for a principal solar energy system and any accessory or appurtenant structures shall be 20% of the gross lot area;"
