"(2) Uniform Construction Code. To the extent applicable, the solar energy development shall comply with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code, 34 Pa. Code §§ 403.1 — 403.142.
(3) Electrical components. All electrical components of the solar energy development shall conform to relevant and applicable local, state, and national codes, and relevant and applicable international standards."
