"E. Ground-mounted solar energy equipment shall be subject to the requirements of an accessory structure in the district in which it is located, and mechanical equipment associated with the ground-mounted solar energy shall be completely screened from adjoining properties." "H. No solar energy equipment that is affixed to the front roof or facade of a structure shall be visible from the street except for the solar panels and associated covered conduits."
