"[1] PSES shall comply with the following minimum setback requirements measured from the property line: Fence: 25 ft. Panels: Front: 50 ft. Side: 50 ft. Rear: 50 ft. [2] In all cases, there shall be a minimum distance of one hundred (100') feet between the boundary line of adjacent non-participating lands utilized for residential purposes and any component of the PSES including buildings, panels, fencing, screening and other equipment. [3] In the case where the PSES development encompasses multiple tracts of land, the setback requirements shall apply to the development and not the individual tracts of land. The setbacks shall apply to the perimeter of the entire development.
