"Noise Studies
a. A noise study will be performed and included in the application. The noise study will be performed by an independent noise study expert and paid for by the applicant. Noise from a PSES shall not exceed 45 dBA, as measured at the property line.
b. After installation of the PSES, noise measurements shall again be completed by a qualified third party professional according to applicable industry standards at the time of installation to ensure ordinance compliance. Documentation of said noise measurement shall be provided to the Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors within one hundred and twenty (120) days of completion of the noise measurements."
