"Ground mounted PSES shall be screened from adjoining residential uses and RI and R2 Zoning Districts. The screen shall consist of two rows of evergreen trees on 15' staggered centers which provide a visual screen. Evergreens shall be a minimum of 3' tall when planted. Immediate replacement of dead trees shall be required."
