"The PSES layout, design and installation shall conform to applicable industry standards, and shall comply with the PA Uniform Construction Code (UCC), Act 45 of 1999, as amended as enforced by Greene Township and with all other applicable fire and life safety requirements. The manufacturer specifications for the key components of the system shall be submitted as part of the application. The subject use shall conform to and be maintained in accordance with the above-mentioned manufacturer specifications for the entire life of the use."
