"A. Building-mounted and ground-mounted systems are permitted in all zoning districts as an accessory use to any lawfully permitted principal use or accessory use on the same lot upon issuance of the proper permit and upon compliance with all requirements of this article. B. Ground-mounted systems are permitted in all zoning districts as an accessory use upon issuance of the proper permit, provided that the minimum lot size is 1.5 acres. C. Building-integrated systems, as defined by this chapter, are not considered an accessory use and are not subject to the requirements of this chapter."
