"The applicant shall maintain a current general liability policy covering bodily injury and property damage with limits of at least $2,000,000.00 per occurrence and $2,000,000.00 in the aggregate. Certificates of insurance coverage shall be made available to the Borough each year until the wind farm or solar system is decommissioned."
