"a. The Applicant shall submit a storm water management plan that demonstrates stormwater from the PSES will infiltrate into the ground beneath the PSES at a rate equal to that of the infiltration rate prior to the placement of the system. b. PSES owners are encouraged to use low maintenance and/or low growing vegetative surfaces under the system as a best management practice for stormwater management."
