"The owner of a PSES shall provide the Municipality written confirmation that the public utility company to which the PSES will be connected has been informed of the customer's intent to install a grid connected system and approved of such connection. The owner shall provide a copy of the final inspection report or other final approval from the utility company to the Municipality prior to the issuance of a certificate of use and occupancy for the PSES."
