"(b) All Solar Energy Systems shall be subject to the lot, yard, set back, coverage and height requirements of the applicable zoning district. (c) No free standing Solar Energy System may be located between the front of a principal building and the Front Lot Line (even if it is located outside of the front yard setback) unless the Solar Energy System is completely screened from the street."
