Relevant text

"Applicant shall remove the Solar Energy System when it becomes functionally obsolete or is no longer in use for a period of more than one (1) year. The owner shall notify the Township within one month from the cessation or abandonment of the system and shall remove the Solar Energy System within six (6) months from the date the system is no longer used or becomes obsolete."
