"Parcel Size; Setbacks - Separate Parcel - If the parcel on which the solar power facility is a separate and distinct parcel or if the parcel is leased, the zoning district minimum lot size shall apply and in all cases, the lot shall be of such size that all required setbacks are satisfied to the property line and/or lease line. The setback solar collectors, all structures, equipment containers and any associated mechanical facilities shall comply with setback requirements for principal structures of the underlying zoning district."
