"Local emergency services. 1) The applicant shall provide a copy of the project summary and site plan to local emergency services, including paid or volunteer fire department(s). The Applicant shall be responsible for all costs of transferring information to local fire and EMS personnel. 2) The applicant shall cooperate with emergency service providers to develop and coordinate the implementation of an emergency response plan for the solar energy facility and provide appropriate training as necessary to emergency personnel at no cost to the emergency service providers. The emergency response plan shall include a 24/7 emergency qualified professional contact, who is familiar with the site and be available on site within 30 minutes."
