"Access drives to solar inverter stations are required to allow maintenance and emergency management vehicles. The recommended minimum cartway width is 50 feet. Fire department access roads must be provided so fire apparatus can drive within 150 ft of arrays. A turnaround of 150 ft is required for the fire apparatus. Access must be kept open year round by plowing the cartways, as necessary."
