"Roof and wall-mounted principal solar energy facility:
(a) For roof and wall-mounted systems, the applicant shall provide evidence that the plans comply with the Uniform Construction Code and adopted building code of the Township, including that the roof or wall is capable of holding the load imposed on the structure.
(b) The total height of a building with a roof- and wall-mounted system shall not exceed by more than three feet above the maximum building height specified for principal or accessory buildings within the applicable zoning district."
