"[Roof Mounted Principal Solar Energy Systems:] For roof mounted systems, the applicant shall provide evidence that the plans comply with the Uniform Construction Code and adopted building code of the Township that the roof is capable of holding the load imposed on the structure. All roof mounted systems must be signed and sealed by a licensed engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania."
