Setbacks.
(1) The PSES shall comply with the setbacks of the applicable zoning districts.
(2) If located adjacent to a residential district, the PSES shall have an increased setback of 100 linear feet.
(3) PSES shall not be placed within any legal easement or right-of-way location, or be placed within any stormwater conveyance system, or in any other manner that would alter or impede stormwater runoff from collecting in a constructed stormwater conveyance system.
