"Upon completion of installation, the ASEF shall be maintained in good working order in accordance with standards of the Township codes under which the ASEF was constructed. Failure of the property owner to maintain the ASEF in good working order is grounds for appropriate enforcement actions by the Township in accordance with applicable ordinances."
