"ASEF mounted on roofs or walls of any building shall be subject to the maximum height regulations specified for principal and accessory buildings within each of the underlying Zoning Districts. Freestanding ground mounted ASEF shall not exceed the maximum accessory structure height in the underlying zoning district."
